Insurance

No Insurance?

For our patients without insurance we offer a substantial discount for payment at time of service. Because we are not using our resources to bill the insurance, we can pass the savings on to you.

The total cost of care is dependent on your particular case and how much care you will need. Once one of our doctors performs an examination we will be able to determine the course of care you will need to reach your goals.

If you are concerned about the cost of care at our clinic, please speak with us. We believe that everyone should be able to afford optimal health and we do our best to make this possible.

Call our office at (541) 926-0510 to discuss your care.

Personal Health Insurance (PHI)

Due to recent studies that have shown the efficacy of Chiropractic in treating a variety of health conditions, most insurance companies offer Chiropractic benefits to their members. Insurance can be very complicated and confusing. We encourage everyone to contact their insurance to inquire about their chiropractic coverage. Contact us if you have questions about our office and your insurance company.

What if my insurance doesn’t cover chiropractic services?

If your insurance doesn’t provide chiropractic benefits we offer discounted service to patients that pay for their care at the time it is provided. Contact our office to find out about our pricing for patients without chiropractic benefits.

Motor Vehicle Accidents

In the state of Oregon, every insured driver is required to have personal injury protection or PIP. PIP was created to help those who have been in a motor vehicle accident receive the appropriate health care regardless of fault . This means even if the accident was your fault, bodily injury as a result of the accident is still covered 100% and allows you to receive health care for up to one year from the date of the accident. These benefits can be used for a wide variety of health care services including Chiropractic.

NOTE: It is very important you seek care following a car accident regardless of pain levels, severity of damage to the car, or party at fault. Untreated Injuries only get worse with time.

Worker’s Compensation

Your employer is required to have worker’s compensation insurance to provide health care to employees who have been injured on the job. If you are hurt on the job, you are entitled to health care for your injuries. You DO have the right to choose your attending physician which includes Chiropractic Physicians. Our office will contact the worker’s compensation insurance to verify your benefits.
